January 31, 1951- March 18, 2017
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jack with his loving wife by his side. Jack loved to fish, was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family. He is predeceased by his mom and dad; Joyce and Carol. He is survived by his wife Elaine of 38 years, whom he adored, his daughter Angela, son John Jr. (Nikki) and daughter Rebecca.
Jack is also survived by his grandchildren Haley, Emily, Lil John and William as well as siblings; sisters Jenice and Lesa and brother Derek.
Jack you will be sorely missed by everyone who knew you. Gone on to better fishing grounds and is resting in peace at the “19th” hole.
