John Henry Kinsman, 89, former President of Sleepmaster Limited and distinguished Past Master of Dufferin Masonic Lodge, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday November 2, 2016. Jack was born August 15, 1927 in Toronto, Ontario and graduated from Danforth Technical Institute. Jack resided in Toronto and Pickering before retiring to Campbell River BC in 1996. Jack is survived by Dorothy, his loving wife for 69 years; children John, Robert, Louise (Bruce Holland), and Bruce (Elizabeth): sister Diane Kinsman and sister-inlaw Joan Kinsman. He will be lovingly remembered by his nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his mother and father, Laura and Henry Kinsman, brothers George and Kenneth Kinsman, and his daughter Marion Elizabeth Kinsman. Jack lived a long and full life and will be remembered as an incredible family man and an avid sports fan. Burial will take place at a later date in Salem, Ontario.
