October 23, 1929 - September 11, 2018
On September 11, 2018 we said goodbye to an amazing father, husband, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.

Jack was born in Kinistino, Sask. He moved to Vancouver Island in the early 50's and began his career at the Elk Falls Mill in Campbell River as a heavy duty Mechanic from 1959 to retirement in 1989.

He took great joy in his family, fishing, hunting and playing guitar. Music was one of his loves along with anything to do with aviation. He was also a life member of the Masonic Lodge.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Marnie, his children Lynda (Glen), Christine (Rob), Larry (Sarah), Daryn (Lisa), 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous other family and many friends. Jack will be sadly missed by his fishing buddy and best friend Tom Forrester.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Jack's name to a charity of your choice.

A celebration of life to be held on October 20th, 2018 at the Masonic Lodge in Campbell River between 1 - 4 pm.
