Joan Davis

Joan passed away peacefully in the Campbell River Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Tom, she is survived by her son Kenneth and daughters Sharlane and Shawna; two granddaughters Amanda and Samantha and also two great grandchildren. She will also be missed by her many friends in the Mountainview Condo.
She was born on her grandparents farm in Minto, B.C. and moved to Union Bay at the age of 3 years. Years later she moved to Campbell River with Tom, where she reconnected with many old friends on the Island.
Joan stood up for her rights and the rights of others wanting things to be fair.
Many thanks to Dr. Carswell for his support & loving kindness. Also many thanks to the wonderful nurses & staff on the second & third floors.
There will be no service by request.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's memory to the Campbell River Hospital Foundation or the SPCA.
