It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our son Jeremy in Bangkok, Thailand. Survived by his parents Terry and Colleen Woods, brother’s Jeff and Dave (Amy) and his nieces Claire and Julia and nephew Kevin in Grand Prairie.
Jeremy is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and second cousins of the Jones, Woods, Rawlins, Renaas, Phlipow families.
When you remember me, do not weep
My body may not be there, it has chosen to sleep
I’m not that far away, my soul lives on
Looking down, watching everyone
And when you feel sad, and life seems so blue
Just remember that my spirit has its arms around you
So don’t be sad – have no fear
God has taken me under his wing and I will always be near
Cremation was completed in Thailand and his ashes collected by his good friend Lisa whom we owe an enormous amount of gratitude for helping us through this difficult time. Our thanks to the Canadian and Thai Consulates for their help in dealing with a loss of a loved one in a foreign country.
To all our friends and relatives, thank you for your sympathies, cards, flowers and for just being there for us.
