Janet Frankham passed away on Jan 3, 2015 at the Campbell River Hospital. Janet was a quiet, caring woman who was an avid reader. Over the years she always had a cat that held a special place in her heart, her last one being Maggie. Janet had an unexpected sense of humor that lightened many a moment. Janet will be dearly missed by her family and friends. At her request, there will be no service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the “Habitat for Humanity” North Island Region, Campbell River Restore.

When I come to the end of the road,
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in gloom-filled rooms,
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little--but not too long,
And not with your head bowed low;
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me--but let me go.
For this is a journey that I must take alone.
It’s all a part of the Master’s plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick at heart,
Go to the friends we know,
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
