Passed away peacefully at the Campbell River & District Hospital, Thursday September 25, 2003.

Predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Kathleen and wife of 47 years, Anna.

Jim leaves daughter, Karen (Frank) Terry, son, David (Denise) McCormick, three grandsons, Hugh (Marnie), Scott and Cameron and twin great-grandsons, Austin and Robert plus brother Robert (Barbara) and all their families. Jim spent most of his working days in Ocean falls as a Paper-machine Millwright. He also worked in MacKenzie and Port Alberni and retired to Campbell River with Anna. Gramps delighted in his grandsons. He was very proud of their hockey abilities, baseball playing and their ability to weave magic in his life. He was responsible for the stock cars in “Skinners Garage” and front yard. Way to go Gramps.

There will be no service at Dads request. He will be cremated and reunited with Mom in the Nicola Valley. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations in Jim’s memory may be made to Shriners Hospital or a Charity of choice.

A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held October 4, 2003 from 1-4p.m. at #5-2055 Galerno Rd.

Friends are invited to drop by and share stories and memories and maybe even rebuild a paper-machine,
