Beloved son of Beth and Jim Atterbury of Campbell River, accidentally passed away while on a camping trip on March 22nd, 2002. He was born in Duncan, British Columbia on September 12th, 1974. Jamie was predeceased by his grandparents Douglas Clark and Jim and Margaret Atterbury.
He is survived by his mother and father Beth and Jim Atterbury, together with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jamie loved the great outdoors and enjoyed the many aspects of same. Camping, skiing, sailing and never ending hours of hiking at his special spots. He was a wonderful artist who created many beautiful pieces of art work. Jamie was a gentle soul who has found peace, and will be sadly missed and loving remembered by all his family, and those who knew him.
Private family arrangements to Celebrate Jamie’s Life will take place at a later date.
