Jaeden passed away peacefully in his mother's arms after a brave fight.
He is survived by his parents Dave and Carolyn, big brothers Ryan and Deryn, twin sister Sofia, grandparents Doug and Melody Lang, Lorna Hutton, Bill Smoch, Bob and Janice (York) Hutton as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A service to remember Jaeden will be held this Saturday, March 1st, at the C.R. Vineyard Church at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the B.C. Childrens Hospital Foundation, N.I.C.U.
