Jackson “Jack” Pollock passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2013 in Campbell River at the age of 64.
Jack is survived by loving wife, Darlene; son, Jeffery; granddaughters Brianna and Claire as well as 10 surviving siblings and extended family.
According to Jack’s wishes, a service will be held in New Brunswick at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack’s memory to a charity of your choice.
