Helen May Jolliffe, born to Edward and Amelia Labaugo on May 4, 1918 in Edmonton, Alberta, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 29, 2008 in Campbell River, BC, at the age of 89 years. Helen was predeceased by her parents; her loving husband, George in 1995; and her brother Len Wardle in 2007. She is survived by her loving family; children, Greta Curre, Ken (Judy) Jolliffe, Shirley Stoushnoff, Sharon (Johnny) Stoffer, Marlene(Dan) Gerhan, John Jolliffe and Rob (Cathy) Jolliffe; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren and great great great grandchildren; other relatives and good friends.
A Service & Reception to Celebrate the Life of Helen Jolliffe will be held at 1593 Perkins Road, Campbell River, BC, on Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Cremation entrusted to Mission Hill Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Helen may be made to a charity of ones own choice.
