Helen was predeceased by her beloved daughter Erica (1974-1989). Survived by Cecil Earnest her husband of 50 years and her son Edward whom she is extremely proud of. Numerous family and friends in Canada, Philippines and USA.
She loved and was loved.
A big thank you to the ladies at the reception of River City Medical, the nurses at Medical Day Care of Campbell River Hospital, Dr. Hillary Wass, Dr. Michael Barnett who called every week without fail and to the amazing Dr. Curtis Latham whose compassion and attention provided to Helen until the end.
A Come and Go celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in the hall at Oyster Bay Resorts, 4357 S Island Hwy, Campbell River, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Campbell River Hospice Society would be appreciated.
