Harvey left a legacy of love and memories of happiness and laughter that will not be forgotten. He is survived by Jerry, his best friend and wife of forty-one years, their daughters and sons-in-law, Heather and Donald Lambert and Andrea and Douglas Chapman, his only grandson, Colin, who was the light and joy of his life. And Colin loved his Bapa back with the same devotion.
Also surviving him are his brothers, Don and Roger and their wives, Lenore and Sal, his sister, Marilee, his nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, mother-in-law, Mary and his brother-in-law, Dennis, who was more a brother and good friend.
He left many good friends, both here, in Canada, and in Southern California where he lived for many years while raising his family. He hadn’t been long in Campbell River, but grew to know many of you, especially his good friends Jeremy and Aysha, and was looking forward to knowing more of you. He was happy here, and called it home.
His family thanks you for all the love you extended to him and your many kindnesses to his family.
