Grace Detwiler passed away peacefully on January 22nd, 2008 in Campbell River after a lengthy illness. Grace is survived by her husband Ken, her step daughters: Marie (Bill) Stewart, Susan (John) Winstanley, Wanda (Colin) Merkley and Linda (Ron) Grunewald; her 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren as well as her brother Norm (Rose) Chappell and her sister Jean and their families. she was predeceased by her brother Richard in 1999.
A Memorial Gathering of family and friends will take place at the Deep Bay Fire Hall in Bowser on Saturday, February 2nd at 2:00pm. Flowers gratefully declined.
