On May 24, 2004, Mr. Gordon James MacLellan of Edmonton, formerly of Fort McMurray, passed away at the age of 52 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Elma; children, Christine (Ken) Camplin, Chelsea (Jason) Thompson, Shanna (Jeff) Orvis, Sarah (Giles) MacLellan, Aaron MacLellan, and John Orvis; grandchildren, Claudia, Dentin, and Makayla; his loving mother, Thérèse Simard of Quebec City, QC; two sisters, Christine Rodier, and Sandy (Gerry) Melanson; Aunt Jean MacLellan of Lachine, QC. Predeceased by his father, Percy; and stepfather, René Simard.
Memorial Service Saturday, May 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church of the First Peoples, 10821 — 96 Street with Reverend James L. Holland OMI officiating. Cremation in the Park Memorial Crematorium. Inurnment in Fort McMurray at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University Hospital Foundation, Speech Pathology and Audiology, 8440 — 112 Street, Edmonton, AB T6G 2B7.
