Gladys was born in England on March 19, 1941. She was in London during WWII bombing. She was only a few weeks old when the house next door received a direct hit. They married in 1959 and Gladys became a military wife for the next 28 years. Her last posting was to Cold Lake, Alberta. It was there she became a successful entrpreneur for 15 years, managing two businesses: high-end ladies clothing and a bridal boutique.
Gladys is survived by her husband Gary and her children Sandra (Dieter Schneider), Roderick (Maria Lovato-Facey), grandchildren Carolina, Isabel and Jennifer (Sean Rogers) and grandchildren Lucas and Courteney. She is also survivied by her sister June Tiller, who lives in Surrey, England.
