Brian passed away, at age 70, on the sunny afternoon of Friday April 23, 2021 in his home in Campbell River, BC.
Brian was predeceased by his mother Joan McCarthy (nee Beson) and his father William McCarthy. Brian was born in Grand Falls, NL on July 1, 1950. He moved to Campbell River in 1971 and worked for 37 years as a Journeyman Electrician at the Elk Falls mill.
In his spare time Brian enjoyed reading and photography. Brian will be remembered fondly for his humour, kindness and warm heart.
Left to mourn Brian are his daughter Leah (Henry), granddaughter Kaila, siblings Ann, Tom (Lyla), Dennis, Bill (Annamaria), Cindy, Rodney, Cousin Bobby (Sharon) and many other family members and dear friends. Brian has been cremated and there will not be a funeral.
