With heavy hearts, the family of George Rogers announces his peaceful passing on June 2, 2015 in Campbell River, BC.
George was born in Gilbert Plains, MB to Esther and Frank Rogers. George met his sweetheart Joan Livingston in 1953, they married in 1955 and celebrated 60 years of marriage on May 14, 2015.
George is predeceased by his parents, brother Ivan and youngest daughter Judy. He leaves to mourn his wife Joan, sisters Rita and Mariena, brother Joe, sons Greg (Brenda) and Bob (Tammy) and daughter Gwenda, 6 grandsons, 3 great-grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters.

Service to be held on Thursday, June 11th at 1:00pm at the United Church, 415 Pinecrest Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
George will be missed forever by his family and friends.
