George Edward Esau

George passed away peacefully with his family at his side on May 8, 2012. He was born in Chilliwack, BC and also lived in Port Hardy and Holberg. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Gail, of 41 years; his daughters, Shelley, Pamela, his son-in-law, Eric; sisters and brothers, Kathy (Lorence) Vogt, Aron (Norma) Esau, Linda Gear, John (Sue) Esau, Susan (Don) Biggs, brother-in-law Ron (Lois) Johnson and many nieces and nephews. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic and later as a Loader Operator, George worked his entire career of 36 years in the forestry industry in Holberg for Rayonier/Western Forest Products, retiring in Chilliwack.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday May 25, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Chilliwack Seventh-day Adventist Church, 46024 Riverside Drive, Chilliwack, BC.
