GARNET ARNOLD PATTEN
Born January 11, 1932
Passed away at Campbell River Hospital January 27, 2003 at the age of 71, surrounded by family and friends.
Garnet was predeceased by his mother Laura, father Garnet and sister Gwen.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 50+ years, Eva, sister Lorraine, sons Perry and Jody, daughters Tracy and Holly and grandchildren Amanda, Greg, Elisha, Ashley, Josh, Tara, Garnet, Nathan, Gianna, Keisha, Alexis and Zenen.
Garnet also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and his best friend Corky.
His family wishes to extend their warmest appreciation to Dr. Brown, Dr. James, Dr. Mahoney, and the nursing staff for their support, care and understanding.
In Garnet’s memory a service and tea will be held Saturday, February 1st at 1:00 pm at the Cape Mudge Hall, Quadra Island. Transportation will be provided off the 11:30 and 12:30 ferry.
As Garnet was a proud member of the Shriners, the family wishes, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
