Frank was born in Comox, raised in Camp 3. Frank passed away peacefully at the Campbell River Hospital after a full life of 87 years.
Frank was predeceased by 2 sisters Leona Hodgins and Irene Quinn. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Kay and his 3 daughters – Katherine (Ray Flynn), Laurel (Bill Homberg), Jeanette (Kal Kowbel); 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and one sister Marie Hodgins and her son Danny who had a special place in his heart along with many other nieces and nephews.
Dad’s joys in life were running his locomotive at the Elk Falls Mill, spending time with his grand and great grandchildren, polishing the chrome on his vehicle, a good Rye and Sprite, mowing his lawn, travelling and spending his winters down south with Mom.
There will be a Tea to Celebrate his Life on Saturday, Oct. 16 from 1-3 at the Anglican Church Hall, 228 South Dogwood St., Campbell River.
