Bebe was born in Comox BC on April 4, 1936; she passed away in Comox February 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Bebe grew up in Courtenay and at the age of 13 attended private school in Vancouver. After finishing her schooling, she then enrolled in Hair Dressing.
Moving back to Courtenay she met and married Ronald in 1955. They moved to Sayward, BC in 1956 where they raised their three children and made it their home until 2014 when they moved back to Courtenay.
Bebe's life in Sayward was full with her family and friends. She ran the bowling alley for a time then set up her hairdressing shop in her home.
Bebe was always busy, she loved her home, camping, hiking, and cooking. She was renowned for her pies and desserts that she shared with her family and friends. Many long nights of card playing were held at the kitchen table.
One of our fondest memories was when she would cry out "Cruise Ship" as they went by her living room window, the view she loved.
Frances was predeceased by Ronald in 2015, her brothers Fred and John Stewart.
She is survived by her children; Peter Sprout (Karen), Shelley Frank (Kerry) Tracey Sprout (Lorne), five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
