Florina "Link" McCartney passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 15th, 2006 in Campbell River, B.C. She was predeceased by her daughter Kendra and her grandson Scott. Link is survived and will be lovingly missed by her husband of 62 years, Ken, her sons Randy (Deb) of Tofino and Shon (Marie) of Langley, her daughters Lynn of Campbell River, Lori (Todd) of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia and Jay of Port McNeill, her grandchildren Kerri, Kenna, Kevin, Todd, Lee, Randi-Lee, Cassandra, Brian, Carley, Cassidy, Courtney and Lindsay, numerous great grandchildren, her brother Kenneth Linkletter of Summerside, P.E.I., her sisters Marjorie Stanton of California, Marie Mouland of Pambram, Saskatchewan, Shirley Purchase of Delta, B.C. and Gwelda of Winnipeg as well as many other relatives and friends. She loved camping and traveling in the motor home, painting and going to the casino. Link was a loving wife and the kindest and most sensitive person who loved her family above all. She had a smile that would knock your socks off.
