After a brief illness, Fay, aged 62, went peacefully to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 23, 2003 in Campbell River. Born in Harrington, Quebec on February 28, 1940, Fay moved with her husband, Ken and daughter, Brenda, to Campbell River in 1976.
A wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Fay took great pleasure from the natural beauty that Campbell River offered. She loved walking, hunting, fishing, mushroom picking, and camping. She also enjoyed bowling, her TOPS group, movies, Tim Horton’s and the simple beauty of flowers and candles. Fay loved life and lived it to the fullest drawing strength from her Lord to endure all that life had in store for her.
Fay will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ken, her daughter, Brenda (Henry) Remple, her grandson, Ken (Leyla) Rempel, and her sisters, Enid, Elma, Elva, and brother Floyd, as well as many more loving family and friends.
You will be greatly missed, but your legacy will continue because of the great example you set for all that you came in contact with.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Fay’s life in Christ will be held at Christian Life Fellowship, 445 Merecroft Road, on Saturday, March 1st at 1:00p.m.
