It is with deep sorrow that we announce the loss of our amazing man on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
Eugene passed away peacefully in his sleep at home.
He constantly amazed us with his true grit and determination to live another day even though his heart and body had worn themselves out.
Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marina, his two children Bryan (Pearl) and Jo-Ann (Grant); grandchildren Tamie, Kyle, Charmayne (Scott), Jared (Kim) and Sheldon; great-grandchildren William, Madison and Alexandre, who got to spend time with their Pa-Pa even though they all live away.
A very special thanks to Drs. Marsh, Booth and Dahnsay, the Cumberland Dialysis Unit, Wheels for Wellness Society,
Living Room Pharmacy, Father Jan, and the nurses and home care workers from Home and Community Support with a special thanks to Janine.
A family service will be held at a later date in Chilliwack.
