She retired from that job in 1974. She enjoyed boating traveling to Europe, cruising to Alaska and many visits to see her California family. Elsie was also known to enjoy watching her grandchildren at the odd softball or hockey game. Many will remember her telling the referee that he’d missed an offside, or that it wasn’t really a strike.Elsie will be sadly missed by her family and all that knew her.

“Sleep peacefully Nana!”
