Dylan passed away, after a short, but courageous, battle with cancer.
Survived by his father John Smith, (Norma), sister, Asia, of Studio City, California. Mother, Joan Marie Parkin, brothers Zachary Wade, Squamish, BC, Jonathon Wade, Ontario and Willy Wade, Campbell River, BC. Grandmother Smith, USA, Grandmother Barabas, NY, USA, Grandfather, Florida, USA Partner, Crystal Fitzpatrick (Joey) of Quadra Island, BC.
A celebration of life will be held in Studio City, California on July 8, 2006.
