Dusty was tragically taken from us July 10, 2004.
He is survived by his loving partner Donna Linklater and cherished children; Christina, Marlene, David (Trish, Karlee and Colton) and Tyler as well as his stepdaughters, Brandy and Sandy Linklater. Dusty is also survived by the mother of his children, Barbara Myers; his mother Sadie and stepfather Keith; his brothers Sandy & Rocky (April); his sisters Verna (Bernie) and Candy (Stan). Nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends also survive Dusty.
His family will never forget his warm hugs and generous spirit.
A heart of gold stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
The leaves and flowers may wither.
The golden sun may set.
But the hearts that loved so dearly
Are the ones who won’t forget.
A Celebration of Dusty’s Life will be held at Donna & Dusty’s home (501 Ash St.) on Saturday, July 17th at 2p.m. If so desired donations may be sent to the Arthritis Society.
