Born January 30, 1929, Victoria, BC – Passed away Sept 5, 2016, Campbell River, BC. Pre-deceased by her son David (Rosemary) in 1999 and her brother Jack Kent- Fawkes 2007. Survived by son Derek Andrews (Cheryl), son Dennis Andrews (Ruth), son Patrick Andrews (Monica), son Don Andrews (Dawn Marie), son Michael Drake (Lisa), 9 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. May the road rise up to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, And the rains fall soft upon your fields, And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His Hand. The family would like to thank Josie Coak of Charcare for her tireless caring and compassion while providing palliative care for Mom. We would also like to thank Dr. Noel for going above and beyond during Mom’s final days. No service at Doreen’s request.
