It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diana Elaine Waterman. Diana was predeceased by her father Jack Rutledge, daughter Susan Cramb, and brother-in-law Allen Waterman. She is survived by her husband Gordon, mother Margaret Rutledge, daughter Lisa Latham (David) granddaughter Angela, son-in-law Sean granddaughters Miaya and Sarah, brother-in-law Robert Waterman (Margo), sister-in-law Louise Waterman and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Diana was born in Comox, grew up in Fanny Bay and spent the majority of her happily married life (47 years) in Gold River. She enjoyed living in our tight knit community where she spent her time gardening, playing cards, walking, volunteering and enjoying the company of family and friends, never missing her Thursday luncheons with the girls. We would like to thank the doctors, administration, and medical staff of the Gold River Clinic for their professional and caring support of Diana over the years. Diana will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 30th, 1-3pm at the Gold River Community Hall, Gerry Morgan Memorial Centre.
