It is with heartfelt sadness that we, the family of Debbie Jonsson announce that after an extended battle with cancer, Debbie peacefully passed on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the age of 58.
Predeceased by her mother Helen Woods, her step father Raymond Woods, and her father George Wadland, Debbie is survived by her daughters Sherrie Luxton (Shawn) and Judy Willington (Matt) (Daughters of Allan Jonsson); grandchildren Joshua and Faith (children of Brian VanAkker) and Jordan, Richard, Belle, and David; sisters Karen & Kelly Woods; and brother Richard Wadland. Debbie’s faith and her love of family and others was boundless. A wonderful mother, grandmother, and sister Debbie’s generosity and her courage, her selflessness and her compassion will be dearly missed.
A service to celebrate Debbie’s life will be held in
Red Deer, Alberta. Cremation will take place.
