Debby-Gay Elizabeth Marlin

October 6th 1963 – January 5th 2010


Debby-Gay Marlin passed away peacefully on January 5th 2010 at the Campbell River & District Hospital with her loving family by her side.


Debby-Gay was pre- deceased by her Parents Allen George Marlin (2004) and Glenise Ann Marlin (2006).


Debby-Gay will be forever loved and missed by her Brothers James, Allan and David and her beloved dog Survivor. Debby-Gay will be lovingly remembered by her special friends Jeanine Siemens, Julie Hughes, Adena Handley, Karen Sumner, Elizabeth and Glen Greensides as well as countless other friends.


Debby-Gay lived life on her own terms, an avid sports woman, she stood up to the plate when life threw her an inside curve-ball. The forever optimist Debby-Gay was a lady of dignity loved life to the fullest with joy and pride, enjoying the simplest pleasures like walking with her dog Survivor and visiting her brothers and countless friends giving unconditional love without any expectations.


The family would like to thank Dr Ness and nursing staff of 3N Campbell River Hospital for their loving care and attention. Debby-Gay’s life was 46 years, her fight was less than one year, her footprint will go on forever.


A Celebration to honour the life of Debby-Gay Marlin will be held at the Heritage Hall, Sayward, BC on Saturday January 16th 2010 between 11.00am – 1.00p.m.
