Dave has 4 grandchildren: Andre, Michelle, Richard and Ashely. There is also 9 grandchildren in Campbell River: Shanna, Kristen, Chase, Ernie, Ryanne, Jordan, Ryder, Josiah and Jaelynn. Also Dave Summers' daughter Brittany and his 6 grandchildren in Ontario.
Dave is survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters; Cliff, Ken, John, Loretta, and Toy and their families. nieces and nephews; Brett, Gordie, Theresa, John, Kim, Shane, Kyle and Tania. Also Pat's brother Bob (Barb) in News Brunswick and their sons, Ross and Dale.
