First born of Oley and Marquerite Skogan, deceased. Survived by his brother Vern Skogan and numerous nieces and nephews, et al. He lived his entire working years in Sayward, retiring to Campbell River. He made many friends: Friendly Connections, Stroke Club, Campbell River Adult Care, Prostate Cancer. Dr. Ralston called Dave “His Hero” for recovering from two hip replacements in eight months. Dave passed away peacefully in his home.
