MICHALENKO,
Darren, Lee, Allan
of Campbell River passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 5th, 2003, at age 38. He was born in Port Alberni on October 20th, 1964, and is predeceased by his brother Johnny, and mother Sylvia.
Darren is survived by his father Robert Michalenko of Nanaimo, stepfather Harry Havard and daughter Alaysha Michalenko of Campbell River; sister Sherri (Brad) Walker of Campbell River; nieces and nephews Anna-Leigh and Maxwell Walker; uncle Gus (Joan) Michalenko of Port Alberni; aunt Carol (Bob) of Prince George. Darren loved woodworking, and creating interesting pieces in wood.

Funeral services will be held from St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 11th, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. ISLAND FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 103-909 ISLAND HIGHWAY, CAMPBELL RIVER entrusted with arrangements. For those wishing donations in Darren’s memory to the Campbell River Outreach Center, c/o Church of the Way, 451 - 7th Avenue, Campbell River would be appreciated.
