In loving memory ~
In loving memory of Daniel Kane Rajala who passed away peacefully on June 9th in Powell River Hospital.
Daniel was born in Thunder Bay, Ont. moving to Campbell River with family in 1963, graduated high school & went on to Emily Carr College to study art. Daniel is survived by his father, mother, 1 sister & 4 brothers, 1 Aunt and many cousins in Ontario, friends in Powell River, Landlady Gwen, Richard & David.
A celebration of life was held at Suttons Funeral Chapel, special thank you to Andrea.
We are very appreciative to Pastor Hopp for conducting the service and his accordion renditions of gaspel songs. We are grateful to Christine on keyboards and Tyson on violin accompanying Bjaankka singing Amazing Grace and Alana singing and instrumentals. Brothers David & Mark for their kind recollections of Daniel's varied experiences.
Daniel was laid to rest at Elk Falls Cemetery. Reception followed at his sister Evelyn's place, who we are very grateful for.
