It is through a stream of tears that we announce the passing of a very special son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, after a valliant and courageous fight with cancer.
Kurt passed away peacefully in Surrey Memorial Palliative Care, surrounded by his family. His warm heartedness touched many lives, an engaging soul who will be missed by all who knew him. His unselfishness allowed him to put the feelings of others before his own. Kurt had great passion and love for his 1989 5.0 litre Mustang. Kurt spent many hours on the ocean with his Papa Jimbo whom he valued and loved dearly. He was predeceased by his father Glen in 2002. Kurt is lovingly remembered by his mother; Brenda, Nan and Papa; James and Margaret Robson, Gramma; Leona Chubay, Auntie Debby, Uncle Ed, Christina & Mary Cunningham, Auntie Julie, Karson, Uncle Joe, derek and David and many valued friends. The family wishes to acknowledge Kurt’s true friendships with Brandon McFadden & Trevor Anderson. A Special Thank you to family Dr. Richard Wadge. Memorial Service was held on thursday May 5th at 2:00p.m. from the chapel of Valley View Funeral Home 14660 72nd Ave., Surrey.
