October 15, 1960 - May 30, 2014
It is with great sadness that the family of Cindy Sue Micic (Tabish) announce her sudden passing on May 30, 2014 at the age of 53 years in Melbourne, Australia. She is survived by her husband John; sons: Jordan and Sean; her brothers: Larry (Gloria), Allen, David (Debbie), Loren (Debbie); her sisters: Sandra Cleveland (Dale), Donna, Peggy Carmichael (Rob); aunts: Vicki Briggs and Rose Bernard; uncle: Ed Fulowski (Ferol); numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Vincent (Sandy) Tabish; her mother Isabel (nee Fulowski); brother Dennis and sister-in-law Leona Tabish.
Cindy was born on October 15th, 1960 in Weyburn, Sask. She grew up on the family farm and attended grade school in Halbrite, Sask. At the age of ten she moved with her family to Campbell River, BC, where she finished her schooling, graduated grade 12 and moved to Edmonton where she took great pride in becoming an audio salesperson. A few years later Cindy moved to Victoria and attended Camosun College. In May 1985, she married John Micic in Victoria, BC. They moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1988 where she worked in office management and accounting. Her greatest accomplishments were her two sons Jordan and Sean. Cindy enjoyed her closest friends and a good laugh. She loved all kinds of music and loved to share her finds with others. At the time of her passing she was again, working in the retail sector, which she found quite rewarding.
Cindy will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She will live on in our hearts for ever.
Funeral Services were held in Melbourne on June 10, 2014. The family will be having a private memorial at a later date.
