Chris is predeceased by her sister Erin, her mother Christine and her daughter Tara. She is survived by her grandchildren Brittany and Reid Payne.
Chrissy had many, many friends who loved her very much. We will all miss her charm, her style, awesome cooking, her amazing sense of humour, and much more.
Chris was born in Quebec, but spent her younger years in Burlington, Ontario before moving out west to Vancouver. She then moved to Gold River where she worked in the Legion, then the Gold River Chalet as a bartender for many years.
Chrissy was loved by all who knew her. She will be missed.
We would like to invite you to a Celebration of Life for our Chrissy on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 1:00-3:00pm at the Eagles Hall, 1999 -14th Avenue, Campbell River. Gathering to follow at Fiona's for food and refreshments.
