It is with extreme sadness and heavy hearts that we say good-bye to our dear sweet son, Chad Graham Miller. Fully challenged in life, he touched so many people and so many loved him. Chad brought out the best in everyone. We want to give thanks to all our family and friends. A special thanks to those who cared for Chad as a youth and to all those at Communitas who took such good care of him and showed him your love.
