reimer,
Bunny
Bunny passed away quickly and peacefully on Saturday May 10th, 2003. She was born in North Vancouver, May 30th, 1927 and so enjoyed the last several years living in Campbell River. She will be forever loved by her husband of 55 years, John, daughter Deb(Bill), and son Scott(Kelley). She delighted in her role as grandma to grandson Ryan and granddaughter Alexa. Bunny was the oldest of a large family, leaving 7 sisters, 3 brothers, many nieces and nephews, and many, many friends. Bunny and John spent many years building exquisite homes and living in different communities like Delta, Langley, Royston, Vernon and Armstrong, Saskatoon and Gabriola Island where they met and maintained lots of very special relationships. Bunny was an active part of the Art Community in Campbell River and anyone who knew her was always treated to a “Special” card in the mail, even if it was just to say “hi, thinking of you”. Bunny loved angels and we will all be better off having known this very special angel.
The family would like to thank Dr. Ramsay and the nurses and staff at the Campbell River Hospital for their caring and support during Bunny’s short illness. We would also like to thank Kate Carlson and the Respiratory Therapy group at the hospital for their help and friendship to her during the last 5 years. There will be no service or flowers by request and if desired a donation may be made in Bunny’s name to the Campbell River Hospital Foundation, 325 Second Avenue, Campbell River, BC., V9W 3V1.
We can’t feel saddened over the loss of those we love
without first remembering the joy of loving them. The real
sadness would have been
never having had them in our lives at all.
