It is with great sadness that the family of Beulah announces her passing. With Kathy at her side, Beulah passed away very peacefully. She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts. Survived by her sons Dennis (Kathy) Tipper and Brian Tipper, grandson Kevin (Lisa) Tipper, great-grandsons Richard and William Tipper, grandson Dean Tipper, great-granddaughter Taylor Tipper, granddaughters Sonya Tipper (Forest Tyers), great-granddaughter Emilyn Tyers, many cousins, nieces, nephews and their children, and many, many friends of her and Norm’s. Beulah will be remembered by many children who called her “Nan.”
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Norman Tipper; sisters Lillian, Viola, Bernice, and Gwen and twin great-grandsons Kenneth and Lorne.
A very special thank you to Dr. Duncan Douglas for being Beulah’s doctor and looking after her so well. Thank you to the Evergreen Seniors Home nurses, kitchen staff, LPN, hairdresser and others, for taking care of Beulah over the last few years. and to Campbell River Hospital staff; 2nd and 3rd floor, occupational and physio therapists.
Beulah’s wish was to not have a funeral service.
