Betty-Ray Breeden

Betty-Ray Breeden (nee Crawford) born June 14, 1932 in Campbell River passed away peacefully with her son and daughter at her side in the Campbell River Hospital on June 16, 2010. She will be dearly missed by her son Cam (Cindy) Roney, daughter Jane (Jim) Hilchey and her granddaughter Kai Roney. Betty Ray also leaves her loving brother Walter (Betty) Crawford and family, niece Lassie Brooks, sister Ione McDonald and family. Her life long passions were her family and friends. Betty Ray loved to play bingo, cards and go to the casino. She loved the water and spent many summers commercial fishing. Betty-Ray was an awesome mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister and aunt. Instead of flowers, donations to the Campbell River General Hospital would be appreciated. The staff and doctors were absolutely wonderful to our mother.
