January 15, 1935 - July 22, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce that Gerri passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after her fierce battle with numerous health issues in the last few years.
Gerri always had a smile on her face, she loved her birds, flowers and beloved cats. Over the years, she was a proud member of the garden club, local badminton group, Beta Sigma Phi and the Red Hats where she made lifetime friendships.
She loved her family deeply and leaves to grieve her husband of 65 years Wes, her daughters, Sharlene (Norm), Tracy (John), grandkids Shanna (Josh), Jeff (Melissa), Adam and Bryce, as well as three great grandsons, Austin, Levi and Wyatt.
Special thanks to Drs. Houghton, Miller, McEwan and Farias and the many nurses and home support for helping us through this difficult time.
As per request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local SPCA which was near and dear to Gerri.
