Arnold Kaardal passed away at age 79 while visiting his brother in Prince Rupert on Sunday Sept 5.
He lived in Campbell River from 1960 to 1970 and worked at Elk Falls Mill. He will be missed
by the hundreds of friends and family he entertained through his dancing, singing and jokes, which
he continued to do with style, up until his passing. Predeceased by his first wife Ingrid in 1984, brothers Iver, Andrew, Trygve Kaardal and grandson Alan Kaardal. He will be missed by his loving wife Joyce Kaardal and proud sons Wayne, Gary and Brian Kaardal, stepson Dale, sisters Ingrid Senum, Signe Vaagen and Betty Fines, brothers Morris and Stan Kaardal. Grandchildren Jeffery, Krista, Jenna, Cindy and Laura Kaardal. Visitation will be held in the Chapel of Mount Benson Funeral Home 125 Wallace St, Nanaimo B.C. Monday September 13th 2004 from 9.30 to 10.30 AM with funeral to follow at 11.00AM. Interment in Nanaimo Cemetary. Reception following. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart Fund, Appreciated.
