Armour James Sambrook passed away peacefully on April 8, 2018. Predeceased by his parents, Armour and Ann, he will be missed by many.

Survived by his wife Geraldine "Lynn" Sambrook, his three sons, Richard (Pauline), Robert and Joseph, his special daughter-in-law, Teri, as well as several step-children, Laura, Kim, and Raymond. Armour also extends his legacy through six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He also leaves behind his brother Jerry Sambrook (Paula), his sisters Doris Korsa (Joe), Marcelene Woodcock (Carl), and many nieces and nephews.

Armour was an avid angler both commercially and for pleasure. Beyond being a great fisherman, for many years, he also drove a logging truck for Len Crawford, Larry Dougan, and Don Bendickson.

He loved his golf and he loved his trap shooting. Armour also hunted moose, elk, deer, and he especially enjoyed hunting duck and geese with Tom Quonstrom. Let's not forget his love of bridge playing while he enjoyed winning almost every time.

Armour was a wonderful husband, father, and friend to all.
