1939 – 2014
Tony was born in Buncrana, Ireland, but made his home in Campbell River, where he died peacefully at home enjoying a cup of tea and looking out over Discovery Passage. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him as a passionate, convicted, intelligent, curious, humorous, incisive and at times, an engaging man who loved his family and friends.
There will be a public celebration of Tony’s life on Saturday, May 24th from 2 – 5 pm at the Maritime Heritage Centre, 621 N. Island Highway, Campbell River, following a private funeral.
