Passed away suddenly at the Campbell River Hospital with his family by his side. Alvin is survived by his loving wife Ellenore of 50 years, son Lyle (Kim), daughters, Christine (Larry), Cindy (Dale), together with many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Alvin was a wonderful husband, father, brother, grandpa, uncle and friend. He will be forever loved and remembered by all his family and friends.
By Alvin's wish there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alvin's memory to the Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
