Alan was taken suddenly from his loving family on March 3, 2002 at the age of 25. Alan leaves behind his father, Wayne Kaardal; his mother, Dorothy Aubert (Ian Davies); his younger brother, Jeffrey Kaardal; his step-brother and sister; Andrew and Alison Davies; and his Grandfather, Arnold Kaardal (Joyce).
Predeceased by his Grandparents, Ingrid Kaardal and Doris and Del Aubert. Alan will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends.
Alan’s passion in life was his love of hockey. Alan was a member of the CR Men’s Hockey League, recently playing for Rich’s Auto Body and prior to that for Panago. With Ball Hockey, he played for the J.J.’s Pub team.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 2:00p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2002 at the Campbell River Vineyard Church at 2215 Campbell River Road next to Campbellton School.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children’s Hospital in Vancouver. Sutton’s in care of arrangements.
