STRATHCONA GARDENS RECREATION FACILITY
Public Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 the Board of Directors for the Strathcona Regional District may proceed with final passage and adoption of Bylaw No. 603, being BC Hydro License Agreement Authorization Bylaw 2025, which would authorize the Regional District to enter into a 10-year agreement with BC Hydro for the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations at the Strathcona Gardens recreation facility.
Bylaw No. 603 is available for public inspection online at www.srd.ca or in person at the following locations from Tuesday, April 29, 2025 to Wednesday, May 21, 2025 (except public holidays):

Those persons who wish to object to the passage of Bylaw No. 603 or who believe that the proposed license agreement is not in the public interest may file a written objection to the address below before 12:00 noon on Friday, May 16, 2025 for consideration by the Regional Board.
